Hey there! My name is Jayshree Bhagat (Bele). I am the girl behind The Local Eatery Blog. I try making these recipes with my husband (Chef Supreme Bele), from IHM,GoA, my mother who cooks 4-5 yummy tasty veggies everrryday, my father, who loves cooking to the core, and brother who loves spending to eat. With these genes and my surrounding, I am borne to cook/eat out. Hence, restaurant reviews as well.

I am not an chef, my husband is. Instead, I am a trial and error, mom taught, spice addict who was forcefully taught to survive in the kitchen. Thankfully, I no longer hate to cook. I used to hate cooking, trust me. These days things are thankfully much different. 

I am from East India, currently living in Mumbai. I have a love for chocolates, junk food,& tourism.
